They’ve enlisted the help of an “AI compatibility system” and local companies and volunteers as well. This initiative has also been attracting attention from other regions.

Six Apart is a company that develops internet-related systems. All of its employees telework. As a result, they’ve been able to move into an office that’s a third smaller than before and cut expenses by more than 40 million yen annually.
